Using Our Services

To work together successfully, we need your cooperation. You agree to:

• • Understand that we are not responsible for Amazon’s internal actions (like account suspensions or algorithm changes)

Payments & Fees

• All payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or discussed prior to starting a project

• Payments must be made on time — late payments may result in a pause in service

• If your project is paused due to late payment, missing documents, or account access delays, a $100 reactivation fee may apply

• All purchases made through our website are non-refundable, so please reach out if you have questions before placing an order

Refunds

Payments for our services (including one-time or automatically recurring charges) are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel a subscription or recurring service, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after a charge has been processed will not qualify for a refund.

We encourage you to contact us in advance if you have any questions about which service best suits your needs.

Our Work & Ownership

Until your payment is complete, all creatives, copy, and strategies we develop remain our property. Once full payment is made, you’ll own the final delivered materials — unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Please don’t share, reuse, or resell our work without our permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Any information you share with us is kept confidential and will only be used to complete your services. We will never sell your data or use it outside of your project.

No Guarantees

We work hard to deliver the best results possible, but due to the ever-changing nature of Amazon, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes.

We’re not liable for:

• • Lost sales or profits

• • Account issues caused by Amazon’s internal policies

• • Third-party tool delays or errors

Canceling Services

You or we can end a project with written notice (e.g., 14 days). If you cancel early, any unpaid work up to that point will still be billed.

We may also pause or stop service if these terms are violated or if payment is not received.
