• Payments must be made on time — late payments may result in a pause in service

• If your project is paused due to late payment, missing documents, or account access delays, a $100 reactivation fee may apply

• All purchases made through our website are non-refundable, so please reach out if you have questions before placing an order

Refunds

Because we provide tailored, strategy-driven work, all sales are final. Once you place an order or begin a service with us, our team immediately begins allocating time and resources — which means we cannot offer refunds.

Our Work & Ownership

Until your payment is complete, all creatives, copy, and strategies we develop remain our property. Once full payment is made, you’ll own the final delivered materials — unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

We take your privacy seriously. Any information you share with us is kept confidential and will only be used to complete your services. We will never sell your data or use it outside of your project.

No Guarantees

Canceling Services

You or we can end a project with written notice ([insert notice period, e.g., 14 days]). If you cancel early, any unpaid work up to that point will still be billed.
